Q: When and Where is the retreat?
A: You’ll check in any time after 12pm. You’ll have a check in day, 3 full retreat days and a check out morning. The retreat location is just outside the San Diego area.
Q: Is my ticket refundable?
A: The retreat is non-refundable but is transferrable to an alternate retreat date should you need to cancel. Cancellation requests should be received 30 days prior to event date.
Q: What's the schedule look like? I need travel details!
A: Monday is arrival day! Plan to make travel arrangements to arrive no later than 3pm. If you arrive prior to that time we’ll have optional activities for you to help support relaxing and getting into the retreat vibe.Â
You will have a variety of transformational experiences, workshops, and implementation time for you to collaborate, integrate, and recharge.
Anticipate a breakfast send off and relaxing morning prior to heading out on your travels. Plan to check out by 10am PST at the latest on Friday.
Q: Â Is there transportation to and from the retreat house?
A: Great question! Once you arrive in San Diego, all transportation is included.Â
Q: What airport should I fly into?
A: The closest airport is San Diego International.
A: Such a great question. Many retreats I’ve been on have separated the person from the business. However, I believe that so much of how you show up in business has to do with the level of healing, groundedness, and space that’s created for you as a person. That’s why we’ve intentionally cultivated the most holistic business retreat that is designed to bring wellness and rejuvenation to you as the leader of your company, as well as diving into business so that this next year becomes your most profitable year.Â
Meet Your Host
In 2019, she was completely burnt out and wondered whether it was in fact possible to raise a family and build a business at the same time.
Fast-forward to 2021 when using her body’s natural rhythms allowed her to 5X her revenue, work fewer hours, and feel so much more balanced along the way. All because she discovered the power of her menstrual cycle.
She uses her expertise as an occupational therapist and breathwork facilitator combined with evidence-based neuroscience and spirituality practices to help her clients learn to listen to the language of their bodies and rewire their brains and bodies for a new level of success. She helps high-achieving women unlock the power of their cycles so they can achieve their wildest dreams.
Her method helps women balance the demands of life, make a bigger impact, and get bigger results without adding more stress or needing more time.
Outside of empowering and supporting women, Renae enjoys being outside in nature—from hiking to lounging at the beach to tending to her garden. She and her family have made a home in San Diego, CA, in between traveling and creating memories as they adventure together.
